Consultations
Consultations are free. If you cannot make it, let us know as early as you can so we can offer the time to someone else. There is no charge for cancelling or moving a consultation.
Your Surgery Deposit
A deposit reserves your surgery date and the team for that day. The deposit is not refundable, with one exception: if you cancel within 24 hours of paying it, we refund it in full.
Cancelling Your Surgery
If you cancel 25 days or fewer before your surgery date, a $1,000 cancellation fee applies. If you cancel more than 25 days before, there is no cancellation fee; the deposit rules above still apply.

Rescheduling
If you need to move your surgery date, contact us as early as possible. We will look at the calendar together and confirm the new date in writing.
